 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Innerwear / undergarments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or special-order products

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video (if damaged or defective)

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), Peak will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size issue, change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping cost

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet

🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was ours).

 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • Size doesn’t fit

  • Wrong product received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange availability depends on stock.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your payment gateway

  • If still unresolved, contact us directly
